Regional Director
Xi-Iota
University of Central Florida
Responsibilities
As a Regional Director (RD), I am responsible for the growth and success of the chapters and emerging chapters in Region 4 in the western United States. I am on the road much of the year visiting campuses and groups to ensure fully developed action plans for recruitment, education, finances, officer transitions, philanthropy, and training. I support our groups as they align with TKE’s mission of aiding men in their mental, moral, and social development for life.
About Me
I am a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Central Florida in 1990, where I was initiated into the Xi-Iota chapter at age 19 in the latter part of my freshman year, 1986 (yes, I experienced a “gap year” between high school and college before it was cool). I held several offices within the chapter, as well as having served on the Interfraternity Council and UCF’s prestigious President’s Leadership Council, the official campus ambassadors for the Knights. I was honored to be recognized as a Top Teke in 1989 at the Indianapolis Conclave. My Bachelor of Arts degree is in Communication, followed by a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Crown College, attained with honors in 2020.
What I Like To Do in My Free Time
I am an avid reader and writer, competitive softball player, softball umpire, and youth soccer coach and referee, who also loves to travel with my spouse, Kristy.
