Shane Ranschaert Joins Professional Staff to lead Region 2

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – TKE Chief Executive Officer Donald E. Aldrich is proud to announce the hiring of Frater Shane Ranschaert (Zeta-Beta, Evansville) to fill the open Region 2 Director role. Frater Shane's first day on staff is currently slated for March 10 and he joins Associate Region 2 Director Hunter Needham (Zeta-Pi, Culver-Stockton).

Frater Shane comes to us from United Caring Services as the Director of Programming and People where he designed pathways for unhoused individuals to successfully transition out of homelessness. A graduate of the University of Evansville, he has served the Fraternity in a number of capacities including Chapter Advisor to both Zeta-Beta and Nu-Lambda (Southern Indiana) as well as Grand Province Advisor of the Hoosier Province.

"I'm honored and excited to step into this role at TKE," said Frater Shane. "I look forward to working with the Fraternal Services team to drive success and make a meaningful impact in these men's lives in Region 2 and beyond."

The Regional Director develops and fosters the success of chapters and emerging chapters inside of a designated region. The RD conducts visitations to ensure fully developed action plans for recruitment, education, finances, officer transitions, philanthropy, and the proper training and resources in all of our chapters. Frater Shane will be aiding collegiates and alumni to reach the greatest versions of themselves and ensure groups coincide with TKE's mission of aiding men in mental, moral, and social development for life.

TKE CEO Frater Donald E. Aldrich shared, "We are pleased to welcome Frater Ranschaert to join our Professional Staff. His experience, passion, and vision align perfectly with our mission. I am confident he will play a key role in driving our success in Region 2 to build a Culture of Champions."
