INDIANAPOLIS - Chief Executive Officer Donald E. Aldrich is proud to announce the TKE Foundation has selected Fraters Chris Niles (Grand Chapter) and Drew Frizzell (Delta-Lambda, Central Missouri) as the new Director of Development East and Director of Development West, respectively.
Frater Niles has served the Fraternity and Foundation for over 11 years, most recently as Director of Alumni & Advancement. He is honored to take on this new challenge to strengthen TKE.
"The Fraternity is entering a unique time. TKE is growing at a rapid pace, the demand for member education and leadership development is increasing, and chapter performance continues to elevate. I’m excited to share all of these successes and how folks can invest for the next generation of Fraters."
Frater Frizzell has served the Fraternity since 2022 as Regional Director for the Midwest. He’s looking forward to advancing the Foundation's initiatives, working alongside Frater Chris.
"I am deeply honored to join the TKE Foundation and excited to contribute to its mission. The work being done here has a profound impact on me, and I'm inspired by the opportunity to collaborate with such a dedicated team. I look forward to helping advance our shared vision and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve."
A Director of Development formulates short and long-term fundraising goals to include annual fund, major gift, planned gift, and all campaign efforts. This role identifies, cultivates, and coordinates relationships with donors in the defined territories.
Frater Aldrich shared, "I am thrilled about the team we have assembled. Their collective experience, passion, and dedication to TKE equip them well to advance our mission. As we continue to grow and strengthen our impact, Fraters Drew and Chris will be invaluable assets in helping us build a stronger Foundation and invest in innovative new programs to add value to membership in TKE."
With the movement of Drew Frizzell to the Foundation team, TKE is proud to announce Frater Luis Benavides (Delta-Lambda, Central Missouri) as the new Region 3 Director. Frater Benavides has been actively assisting his home chapter and local alumni with a variety of needs since graduating in 2014. Professionally, Frater Luis manages young professionals to foster strong, cohesive teams in the not-for-profit industry. He has worked with the cities of Grandview, MO & Mission, KS. Most recently, Frater Luis partnered with the City of Lee's Summit, MO as the Longview Community Center Manager.
"I'm drawn to the opportunity to serve as a mentor and guide for chapter leaders, helping them to enhance their leadership potential, strengthen their operations and prepare them for the next chapter in their lives while building lasting relationships within the broader TKE community," said Frater Benavides. "I can't wait to get started!"
The Regional Director role works to help develop and grow the success of chapters and emerging chapters inside of Region 3 (Midwest). The RD conducts visitations to ensure fully developed action plans for recruitment, education, finances, officer transitions, philanthropy, and the proper training and resources in all of our chapters. Frater Luis will be aiding collegiates and alumni to develop into greater versions of themselves and ensure groups coincide with TKE's mission of aiding men in mental, moral, and social development for life.
"Frater Luis' impressive experience is an ideal match to expand the great work led by Frater Frizzell in Region 3 since 2022," said Frater Aldrich. "We are excited to have him join our dynamic team, elevate the nearly 70 chapters in the territory, and excel in creating a culture of champions."
Congratulations to Fraters Benavides, Frizzell and Niles on accepting these new roles!
