INDIANAPOLIS - Today, Tau Kappa Epsilon announces the proposed legislation for Conclave 2022 as well as the officers of the nominations committee selected by Venerable Grand Prytanis James Hickey, Ph.D. (Zeta-Alpha, Wagner) prior to his retirement.
