Get Excited for Conclave!

We are a week away from our 60th biennial Conclave at the Renaissance Sea World in Orlando, and some exciting plans are coming together! We want to share the items of the schedule that have been updated in the last several weeks. Please use this information to plan your Conclave experience and ensure you make the most of your time in Orlando.

• The Conclave schedule can be found HERE. This schedule is subject to change but highlights most of the major events taking place at Conclave.
• The community service project will take place at the Renaissance from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. Our three featured projects will be Letters for Heroes, which will benefit military members serving overseas and first responders, Letters for the Kids of St. Jude, which will allow participants to write letters to patients at St. Jude, encouraging them as they fight their battles, and Kits For Kats + Packages for Pups, which will benefit local humane societies and new pet owners. Participants are encouraged to spend as much time as they’d like participating in the projects Thursday afternoon. The first 100 attendees to participate in the community service project will receive a 2019 Conclave Travel Mug.
• The offsite event at Epcot is going to be a great time! We will have TKE Staff members stationed at different countries in Epcot’s World Showcase, ready to talk recruitment, chapter operations and answer your biggest questions.
• The TEKE Institute slate can be found HERE. Workshops will focus on recruitment, risk management, alumni relations, chapter operations and other topics important to YOU.
• We are also featuring two blocks of General Sessions, one on Friday afternoon and another Saturday morning.
• Friday afternoon will focus on philanthropy, hosting a No More Cancer Rally for St. Jude and a Q & A with our Circle of Excellence Inductees, some of TKE’s most successful and generous Fraters.
• Saturday morning, we turn our attention to recruitment training with Woody Woodcock from Phired Up and our organizational culture with Greg Roskopf and Ryan Vescio.
• Saturday’s general session will be followed by breakouts focused on debriefing the workshops and helping you take home the messages important to TKE Nation.
• Regional Round-Ups are also back by popular demand. Join the TKE staff Thursday afternoon to hear about all of the great things taking place in your region, and connect with the other Fraters coming to Conclave from the same part of TKE Nation. Regions 1 and 2 will take place at 3pm. Regions 3 and 4 will take place at 4pm.
