INDIANAPOLIS – The Offices of the Grand Chapter is pleased to announce the hiring of Frater Drew Solt (Rho, West Virginia) as Director of Communications, along with three position transitions within the TKE Professional Staff structure.
Frater Solt was initiated into TKE at the Rho Chapter in 2022 and served as Prytanis, Epiprytanis, and a re-founding father of his chapter. During his time at West Virginia University, he served as a Reed College of Media Ambassador, worked with WVU Athletics Video, and was a Graduate Assistant for WVU Health Sciences Marketing and Communications. As an undergraduate, Solt also served as the Chairman of the Collegiate Advisory Committee from 2022-2024. Frater Solt earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from West Virginia University (2024) and a Master of Science in Journalism (2026).
Additionally, Frater Solt is a graduate of TKE Leadership Academy XXXV and attended the Pisano Family Regional Leadership Conference in Jersey City, NJ, from 2022-24. He attended Conclave in 2022 and 2024.
Regarding his new role, Frater Solt shared, “I am very excited to join the TKE Professional Staff and share the stories of our students, alumni, and board members. TKE is in a pattern of growth and spotlighting those passionate Tekes who champion recruitment will be a priority. I am eager to blend both my knowledge of TKE and Communications to drive the Fraternity forward.”
In addition to the hiring of Frater Solt, Tau Kappa Epsilon announces three internal position transitions that will further strengthen the Professional Staff team and support the Fraternity’s strategic priorities.
Frater Zachary Scott (Epsilon-Beta, Tampa) will transition from Director of Growth to Director of Fraternal Services. In his new role, Frater Scott will oversee the Fraternal Services team, organize the strategic visitation schedule of our chapters, oversee key initiatives, and drive the success of our collegiate members.
Frater Scott shared, “I look forward to the challenge and opportunity to lead our excellent Fraternal Services team. We will continue to aid men in their mental, moral, and social development together.”
Frater Clayton Miller (Rho-Upsilon, Franklin) will transition from Region 3 Director to Director of Administration, where he will provide leadership and oversight for key operational and administrative functions of the Fraternity.
Frater Miller shared, “I am beyond excited for the next step in my TKE journey. It has been a privilege serving as a Regional Director over the past five years. I’m grateful for the opportunity to apply what I’ve learned towards the administrative success of the Fraternity.”
Frater CJ Zortman (Mu-Theta, Lycoming) will transition from Expansion Coordinator to Director of Media and Design. In this role, he will oversee the Fraternity’s visual branding, digital media strategy, creative development, and design initiatives – supporting organizational communications and engagement efforts across multiple platforms.
Frater Zortman shared, “I am thrilled to enhance the visual identity and voice of our Fraternity daily by sharing the amazing accomplishments of our chapters, staff, and alumni across TKE Nation. I am especially excited to be joined by Frater Solt on the Communications team, and together take the Fraternity’s media and communications to the next level.”
Chief Executive Officer Donald E. Aldrich (Rho-Upsilon, Franklin) noted, “Our internal staff transitions alongside the hiring of Drew Solt will strengthen our Professional Staff team for the 2026-27 year.
