INDIANAPOLIS,Ind. – Grand Prytanis Ed Moy (Lambda, Univ. of Wisconsin-Madison) announced today the appointment of Frater Tony Clemens (Nu-Mu, Univ. of South Alabama) to the TKE Grand Council. Clemens fills the vacancy on TKE’s governing board created by the resignation of Frater Shawn Babine (Lambda-Delta, Univ. of Southern Maine) to become the Chief Executive Officer.
