INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Our friend and colleague Tom McAninch will be departing the TKE Professional Staff on April 24, 2026. Frater Tom will become the Director of Communications at Applied Research Institute. ARI is a third-party non-profit that connects innovators and governments with the resources and partnerships that power transformational ideas into applied solutions with regional, national, and international impact.
Frater Tom worked on the TKE Professional Staff from 2005-2013 and returned to the Professional Staff in 2023 as the Chief Communications Officer. He has worked diligently to enhance the social media outreach of our Fraternity, to sharpen the brand and email communications of TKE, championed the TKE Nation Podcast, grew video assets alongside MasterOne, and showcased the news of our organization over the past three years.
Frater Tom will be deeply missed due to his dedication to the Professional Staff, the drive to see TKE achieve excellence, and for the relationships he has fostered through the landscape of our Fraternity. We wish Tom the absolute best and will begin the search for the next leader of our communications team.
Please take the time to wish Tom well over these couple weeks before he takes on a new challenge and represents all of us with the same passion he has demonstrated through his tenure!
