2026-2028 Collegiate Advisory Committee Selected

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Offices of the Grand Chapter proudly announce that Chief Executive Officer Donald E. Aldrich has appointed new members to the Collegiate Advisory Committee for the 2026-2028 biennium. 

The new Collegiate Advisory Committee includes Griffin Morgan (Xi-Iota, University of Central Florida), Max Schuster (Alpha-Gamma, Washington State University), Joshua Parr (Kappa-Psi, Quinnipiac University), Connor Phillips (Alpha-Alpha, Wabash College), Brandon Easton (Omicron-Rho, Texas Tech University), Colby Biemeret (Mu-Nu, University of Wisconsin–Platteville), John Panza (Theta-Kappa, LIU Post), Jose Romero (Theta-Xi, University of Arkansas) and Patrick Garrett (Beta-Zeta, Louisiana Tech University).

The Collegiate Advisory Committee (CAC) consists of nine collegiate members who represent various regions of the Fraternity. Appointed by the Chief Executive Officer and approved by the Past Grand Prytani, the committee serves as an advisory body to the Grand Council.

The committee selects its own Chairman, who serves as a voting member of the Grand Council and represents the CAC at each Grand Council meeting. The Chairman selected for the 2026–2028 biennium is Frater Max Schuster (Alpha-Gamma, Washington State).  

The Collegiate Advisory Committee is made up of the following individuals:


Frater Griffin Morgan

Region: 2
School: University of Central Florida
Chapter: Xi-Iota
Term: 2 Year
Insight: Frater Griffin is pursuing a degree in Computer Science, carrying a 3.8 GPA. He has served his chapter as Crysophylos and is the team lead for the investment club on campus.

Frater Max Schuster

Region: 4
School: Washington State University
Chapter: Alpha-Gamma
Term: 2 Year

Insight: Frater Max has served his chapter as Prytanis and Community Service Chairman. A 2026 graduate of the TKE Leadership Academy, he was named the 2025 IFC Council Member of the Year while serving as IFC Director of Recruitment.


Frater Joshua Parr

Region: 1
School: Quinnipiac University
Chapter: Kappa-Psi
Term: 2 Year
Insight: A History major, Frater Joshua has served his chapter as Academic Success Chairman. On campus, he is the President and Historian of the Student Government Association and IFC Vice President.

Frater Connor Phillips

Region: 3
School: Wabash College
Chapter: Alpha-Alpha
Term: 2 Year
Insight: Frater Connor has served his chapter a Histor, Hypophetes and Epiprytanis. A 2026 Conclave and 2026 NextGen Experience attendee, Frater Connor also serves as the Chief Justice of the Student Body at Wabash.

Frater Brandon Easton

School:Texas Tech University
Chapter: Omicron-Rho
Term: 1 Year
Insight: A Finance major, Frater Brandon has served his chapter as Recruitment Chairman, Epiprytanis and Prytanis. He helped lead Omicron-Rho to receive the Most Improved TKE Chapter in 2026.

Frater Colby Biermeret

Region: 3
School: University of Wisconsin – Platteville
Chapter: Mu-Nu
Term: 2 Year
Insight: Frater Colby is an Electrical Engineering and Spanish major. He serves his chapter as Philanthropy Chairman and attended TKE Leadership Academy XXXIX.

Frater John Panza

School: Long Island University – Post
Chapter: Theta-Kappa
Term: 2 Year
Insight: Frater John has served his chapter as Philanthropy Chairman, Grammateus and Epiprytanis. On Campus, he was recognized as the Emerging Student Leader of the Year.

Frater Jose Romero

School: University of Arkansas
Chapter: Theta-Xi Emerging Chapter
Term: 2 Year
Insight: Frater Jose is pursing a degree in Industrial Engineering, carrying a 3.2 GPA. He serves his chapter as Epiprytanis and is an Associated Student Government Senator.

Frater Patrick Garrett

School: Louisiana Tech University
Chapter: Beta-Zeta
Term: 2 Year
Insight: Frater Patrick is pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, carrying a 3.8 GPA. He has served the chapter as Assistant Recruitment Chairman and Pylortes. On campus, he is a College of Engineering and Science Senator and Ambassador.
