Chad Buschell to be Initiated at Conclave 2026

INDIANAPOLIS – The Offices of the Grand Chapter is pleased to announce an honorary initiate for Conclave 2026 in New Orleans. After engaging with Tau Kappa Epsilon over recent years and its mission, purpose and values, Chad Buschell, VP of Peer-to-Peer Fundraising & Community Impact at ALSAC, has expressed a desire to be initiated into the Fraternity for Life.

Honorary initiates receive the same rights and privileges as every member within TKE, and we are beyond excited to welcome him into the Bond of TKE. The initiation will take place during the Opening Session of the Grand Chapter on Thursday evening, July 30.

Chad Buschell attended Berry College in Rome, GA, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Caribbean Studies. He later continued his education at Nova Southeastern University, earning a Master of Business Administration in Management.

Buschell joined ALSAC in 2014 and has held multiple leadership roles across the organization, including leading field operations in Florida and Puerto Rico – serving as Senior Director of Field Management. Prior to ALSAC, Chad served in leadership roles at two national healthcare organizations.

He currently serves as Vice President of Peer‑to‑Peer Fundraising & Community Impact at ALSAC, the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. In this role, he leads national strategies and partnerships that mobilize supporters through events and experiences such as St. Jude Walk, St. Jude Heroes, St. Jude Memphis Marathon Weekend, do‑it‑yourself and challenge fundraising, next‑generation and collegiate initiatives, and faith‑based efforts including St. Jude Sunday of Hope.

Buschell’s honorary initiation represents the continued strength of the relationship between Tau Kappa Epsilon and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. His passion for serving others and advancing the mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital illustrate his leadership and selfless service. Those traits are central to who we are as members of Tau Kappa Epsilon.

TKE Chief Executive Donald E. Aldrich shared, “We are thrilled to have Chad Buschell join TKE as a Frater in the Bond. Chad’s character and values align perfectly with those of our Fraternity. He will represent our Fraternity well and we look forward to celebrating him in New Orleans at Conclave 2026!”
