Frater Cole Conner was initiated into Tau Kappa Epsilon at the Epsilon-Omicron Chapter (University of Houston) in 2016. As an undergraduate, he served as Recruitment Officer, Crysophylos, Epiprytanis, and was Chairman of the Collegiate Advisory Committee from 2019-2021. Additionally, Cole was a graduate of TKE Leadership Academy XXXIII, and was named Top Teke and Top Recruiter while the chapter won three consecutive Top TKE Chapter awards. At the University of Houston, he obtained a BS in Business Management, Sales, and Entrepreneurship, graduating from the #1 undergraduate sales program in the United States.
Professionally, Cole serves as a Commercial Risk Advisor for The Baldwin Group, one of the top ten property and casualty brokers in the country, specializing in energy & marine and professional sports. Before joining Baldwin, he spent five years in the boutique sales transformation and consulting space with Baker Communications, a leader in the Forrester Wave and Gartner Magic Quadrant. In his role with strategic accounts, Cole managed relationships and collaborated with clients such as Amazon Web Services, Cisco Systems, Stripe, Google, Procore, Adobe, Honeywell, and the Alzheimer's Association, among others.
A native South Texan, Cole enjoys hunting and fishing during trips back home. In his free time, he volunteers with the University of Houston Athletic Foundation, Young Alumni Association, The Astros Foundation's Houston Open, Sky High Young Professionals, and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Most importantly, Cole cherishes time with friends and family and loves watching his beloved Houston Cougars.
