2024-25 New Staff, Promotions & Structure Changes

INDIANAPOLIS - Chief Executive Officer Donald E. Aldrich is proud to announce new staff, promotions, and structure changes for the 2024-2025 TKE Professional Staff.

We welcome the newest member to the TKE Professional Staff, Anthony Izzo (Omicron-Pi, Baylor) as Expansion Coordinator. He was born in New York and grew up in New Milford, Connecticut. He attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas where he earned his bachelor's degree in political science. He served the Omicron-Pi chapter as Social Chairman, Service Chairman, Philanthropy Chairman, and Prytanis.

Frater Anthony will join the Growth Team led by recently named Chief Growth Officer Santos Lara, Jr. (Alpha-Nu, New Hampshire). Frater Zachary Scott (Epsilon-Beta, Tampa) rounds out this team as the Director of Growth.

There are additional upgrades to the structure and roles of the TKE Professional Staff Fraternal Services team. Led by Chief Risk Officer Gregory Roskopf (Zeta-Zeta, Wisconsin-Milwaukee), the Region 1 (Northeast) team consists of Frater Pete Dawson (Xi-Gamma, NYIT) continuing as Region & Alumni Director. Frater Chris McGeoghegan (Beta-Upsilon, Maine-Orono) will move from Expansion to serve as Associate Regional Director in the Northeast. In Region 2 (South), Frater Clayton Miller (Rho-Upsilon, Franklin) will continue as Regional Director with Frater Hunter Needham (Zeta-Pi, Culver-Stockton) serving as Associate Regional Director. Region 3 (Midwest) continues to be led by Frater Drew Frizzell (Delta-Lambda, Central Missouri) and Frater Barry Altland (Xi-Iota, Central Florida) will continue as Region 4 Director. The rest of the team from the previous year is continuing in their current roles.

Frater Aldrich shared, "I am thrilled about the team we have assembled to serve TKE in the 2024-25 year. We have many Key Result Areas to achieve as a Fraternity and it starts with the 125th Anniversary Conclave in six weeks, and the announcement of our team today. Our professional staff family is driven to see TKE dynamically grow and positively change the lives of thousands across North America."
