Tau Kappa Epsilon’s Regional Leadership Conferences will be held virtually in 2021 and we are proud to share that the RLC program registration cost for collegiates is included as part of the Annual Membership Fees for your chapter or colony. In addition, there is no registration fee to attend the RLC programming for any alumnus who has made a Life Loyal Teke contribution in the 2020 calendar year. For any alumnus who has not, the cost to attend is a 2021 LLT contribution of $18.99 or more. This is an excellent opportunity for Fraters who may not have attended in the past to learn and grow by joining in on the RLC experience. The 2021 RLC season will be unlike any other in our history, so save the date!

| 1 pm Eastern | Recruitment Leadership Conference Recruitment is the lifeblood of our fraternity. It is at the heart of everything we do. And while 2020 presented new challenges and may have left some chapters short of their goals, there is a tremendous opportunity and potential in what we can still accomplish this school year. The Recruitment Leadership Conference will focus on how to build relationships and recruit in the virtual climate, how to set and achieve our recruitment goals, and what we can do to set ourselves up for membership growth in a post-COVID world. |
Regional RLC Sessions
Each region of TKE Nation faces its own unique challenges, now more than ever. And while we can’t all be together in person, meeting and learning from one another, we can still spend time with the other Fraters from our neck of the woods, focused on the role our region plays in The Expectation of Excellence. Spend one of four Thursday evenings with us, talking about brotherhood, sharing feedback with the TKE Regional staff, and taking a look at what is left to accomplish in the winter and spring.
