INDIANAPOLIS – The Annual Membership Fee Worksheet is your chapter or colony’s annual roster, which will influence billings during the 2017-18 fiscal year. With your assistance, the AMF Worksheets will be completed over a phone call with a Regional Director, your Associate Regional Director, another individual from the Professional Staff, or your group’s Grand Province Advisor.
To allow for the most accurate data, chapters and colonies are required to complete your Annual Membership Fee Worksheet between September 1 and September 15.
To make this process easier for you, the Offices of the Grand Chapter has added an AMF Worksheet Preparation form on the Dashboard of the Chapter Module (see below). You are expected to complete the worksheet prior your scheduled phone call. If you complete the prep work ahead of the call, the roster worksheet should take between 15-20 minutes to complete.
