Director of Development
Delta-Lambda
University of Central Missouri
Responsibilities
As Director of Development, I formulate short and long-term fundraising goals to include annual fund, major gift, planned gift, and all campaign efforts. I identify, cultivate, and coordinate relationships with donors in the defined territories.
About Me
I was born and raised in Missouri and attended the University of Central Missouri where I was initiated as a re-founding member of the Delta-Lambda chapter in the Fall of 2008. As a collegiate member I held the offices of Histor and Epiprytanis. I'm a graduate of TKE Leadership Academy XXIV, and a two-time NCAA champion in track and field; holding the NCAA Division II record for career All-Americans (17) as a thrower. I was inducted into the UCM and MIAA Hall of Fame in 2017 and 2018. In 2023, I was inducted into the USTFCCCA NCAA Division II Track and Field Hall of Fame. I graduated from UCM in 2011 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Public Relations.
What I Like To Do in My Free Time
I am grateful each day to be a father to two wonderful children. I enjoy spending time with them and helping them grow. I love track and field. I spend a lot of time helping coach at different universities and helping high school athletes improve in their sport. I volunteer as much as I can for the University of Central Missouri. I enjoy reading and writing. I am a professional speaker and working on becoming an author and doing my best to lead by example and through my words.
