2019 Annual Membership Fee Worksheet Due

INDIANAPOLIS - The Annual Membership Fee Worksheet is your chapter or colony's annual roster, which will influence billings during the 2019-20 fiscal year. With your assistance, this 3-form process for your AMF Worksheets will be completed over a phone call with a Regional Director, your Associate Regional Director, another individual from the Professional Staff, or your group's Grand Province Advisor. 

To allow for the most accurate data, chapters and colonies are required to complete your Annual Membership Fee Worksheet between September 1 and September 15.

To make this process easier for you, the Offices of the Grand Chapter has added an AMF Worksheet Preparation form on the Dashboard of the Chapter Module (see below). Bring this prep worksheet to an upcoming chapter/colony meeting and review each member's status in that meeting.

Afterwards, you can begin the 3-form process.

Forms 1 and 2 can be completed by your group's Prytanis, Epiprytanis, Grammateus or Crysophylos. Form 3 must be completed with your Regional Director, Associate Regional Director, or another member of the TKE Professional Staff.

Form 1 asks some basic information about how you would like your group to be billed for the year - single billing or split billing. Your Conclave Savings Plan and your Chapter Assessment Fees are billed after completion of Form 1.

Form 2 asks the status of each member on your group's roster. Form 2 is then reviewed by your Regional Director or Associate Regional Director and approved. Your Annual Membership Fee, Risk Management Fee and Founders Housing Fee is billed after your form is approved.

Your Regional Director or Associate Regional Director will then work with you to complete Form 3.
