Frater Jim Johnston Joins TKE Educational Foundation Business Council

The TKE Educational Foundation is pleased to announce Frater Jim Johnston recently joined the newly re-established Business Council.

He initiated into the Epsilon-Eta chapter at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in the spring of 1973, where he held the positions of Rush Chairman, Epiprytanis, Hegemon and Histor. Following graduation, Jim joined the TKE Professional Staff as the Chapter Services Director and is recognized as a Knight of Apollo for his time at the Offices of the Grand Chapter.

Since then, Jim has maintained a commitment to impacting the lives of young Fraters by serving as the Grand Province Advisor for the Natural State Province (Arkansas) and the Volunteer Province (Tennessee). He is also a Province Advisor for the Heartland Province (Oklahoma) and Chairman of the Alumni Advisory Committee.

Frater Johnston is the current Director of Non-Commercial and Military Sales for Smithfield Foods.

By serving on the Business Council, Frater Johnston will provide guidance and expertise as well as and execute innovative and strategic plans to grow the Foundation’s efforts in supporting scholarships and leadership training programs which promote academic achievement and strengthen the moral, social, and community values of our Fraters.

Individuals interested in joining the Business Council must sign a $15,000 pledge, committing to donate $3,000 a year or $250 per month for five years.
