Heather Flynn
Xi-Omega - Virginia Polytechnic Institute
Sorority: Delta Delta Delta
Major: Biological Sciences

Heather is the representative of Xi-Omega Chapter at Virginia Polytechnic Institute. She is a junior with a 3.03 GPA, majoring in biological sciences. She is on the dean's list and received the Virginia Tech Grant Scholarship and Funds for the Future Scholarship. Heather is a member of Delta Delta Delta Sorority where she serves as Philanthropy Chairman and head of both the External and Internal Philanthropy Committees. She planned the annual trip to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital as well as organized and ran the 2013 Homecoming Campaign. Among her volunteer activities are Greeks Giving Back, Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, Color Me Rad Run benefiting the Special Olympics, Big Event team leader, and Relay for Life. She also has volunteered at a retirement home and animal shelter. Heather attended the Tri Delta/St. Jude Leadership Conference where the Virginia Tech chapter of Tri Delta was named 2013 Chapter of the Year and Top Fundraising Chapter in the Mid-Atlantic by St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

"I have also taken on the responsibility of planning a benefit concert for St. Jude, which Tri Delta and TKE will host together. Developing these initiatives are direct results of my desire to see this fraternity succeed."

Chelsea Hatcher
Sigma-Theta - Saint Leo University
Major: History/Political Science

Chelsea is a representative of Sigma-Theta Chapter at Saint Leo University. She is a senior and has a 3.4 GPA. She is a history/political science major and was awarded the Saint Leo University Merit Scholarship. She is president of Phi Alpha Theta History Honors Society, Student Government Senator, and a member of the Allocations Board. Chelsea has grown up coaching recreational cheerleading and softball and while attending SLU, served as head coach for an 11- to 12-year-old girls' softball team at Dade City Little League, serving as both coach and mentor to the young athletes. She has also volunteered for Autism Speaks and Relay for Life.

"My parents always taught me a great leader learns from others, uses this to grow as a person, and always gives back to those around them including those who have helped them along the way. I have always prided myself in giving back to the community."

Amelia Henderson
Beta-Gamma - Oklahoma State University
Major: Sports Broadcasting

Amelia represents Beta-Gamma Chapter at Oklahoma State University. She is a freshman and has a 3.8 GPA. Her major is sports broadcasting, and she is a member of the Association for Women in Sports Media (AWSM). Amelia is an Alumni Scholarship recipient, on OSU's dean's list, and has been accepted into the OSU Study Abroad Program – University of South Australia. She was crowned Miss Indiana Teen America 2012, which gave her the opportunity to be a mentor for young girls, and was also in the Top Ten for Miss Indiana Teen USA. Amelia has volunteered for the Hamilton County Special Olympics, serving as a girls' volleyball coach; assisted with organizing the Walk for AIDS; and organized a food drive for the Cicero Food Pantry as well as speaking engagements for young women.

"Being the Beta-Gamma Chapter Sweetheart, I understand that TKE Fraternity as a whole is strongly committed to charity work and giving back. Through my platform as Miss Indiana Teen America 2012, I worked to increase awareness for the Special Olympics organization."

Stephanie Pyles
Nu-Eta - Boise State University
Sorority: Alpha Xi Delta
Major: Social Science

Stephanie represents Nu-Eta Chapter at Boise State University. She is a junior majoring in social science, and has a 2.67 GPA. She was honored as Outstanding Member of Service 2013 and Member of the Month (February 2014). She is a member of the Biology Club and a Bronco Ambassador orientation leader. She founded and was internal director of the Boise State Dance Marathon, helping raise $37,000 at this year's event for the children of St. Luke's Hospital in Boise. Stephanie belongs to Alpha Xi Delta Sorority where she is Activities Chair and Co-Philanthropy Chair and also serves as Panhellenic Vice President of Recruitment, Rho Gamma. She volunteers for Gleaner's Food Bank, Ronald McDonald House, Project Jamaica, Service Saturday, and Rake Up Boise.

"My ray of light was the Children's Miracle Network and to start an organization called Boise State Dance Marathon that raises monetary support for the community's local children's hospital... I created a team of Greeks and non-Greeks to help my vision become a reality."

Olivia Shanteau
Nu-Mu - University of South Alabama
Sorority: Alpha Omicron Pi
Major: Nursing

Olivia represents Nu-Mu Chapter at the University of South Alabama. She is a senior majoring in nursing and has a 4.0 GPA. She is active with her sorority, Alpha Omicron Pi, serving as Recording Secretary, Activities Chair, and Standards Assistant. She is treasurer of Psi Chi/Psychology Club, vice president of Alpha Chi National College Honor Society, SGA Senator for Arts & Sciences, and Mortar Board secretary. Olivia is also founding president of the Tennis Club. She received the Presidential Scholarship and the Caldwell Scholarship for Study Abroad. She is a member of Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society, Order of Omega, Phi Kappa Phi, and National Society of Leadership & Success. She received the USA Outstanding Student of Intermediate French Award and was a Greek Woman of the Year nominee. Among Olivia's community service activities are the Senior Bowl Charity Run, Relay for Life, "Kicking Out Sexual Violence" Kickball Tournament, Trick-or-TKE with Good Will Easter Seals children, Arthritis Walk, and many others.

"One thing that is just a bonus that I love about TKE, is the support for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. I have always been an advocate for this charity, as children touch my heart in so many ways. TKE has fostered my passion even more."

Stephanie Volero
Sigma-Alpha - Florida International University
Sorority: Delta Phi Epsilon
Major: Political Science

Stephanie Volero represents Sigma-Alpha Chapter at Florida International University. A sophomore, her major is political science and she has a 3.25 GPA. She is an active member of Delta Phi Epsilon Sorority where she is a member of the Public Relations Committee. She performs in local plays and musicals in Miami area theaters, e.g., Roxy Theatre, New Theatre, and Area Stage Company. Stephanie attained the dean's list the last two consecutive semesters and was awarded the Florida International Merit Scholarship as well as the Florida Medallion Bright Futures Scholarship. She served as a team member representing her sorority, who partnered with TKE, to raise $7,000 for the St. Jude Give thanks. Walk. 5K for two years in a row. She also helped Delta Phi Epsilon raise more than $10,000 for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. She has been honored with the title "TKE Carnation" for her hard work, dedication and admiration toward Sigma-Alpha Chapter.

"In April, I will be a contestant in TKE's Apollo's Goddess Pageant. This title will mean more to me than anything else. I will become the face of this chapter's philanthropy and be able to really put my creative talents and love for charity on overdrive to help raise as much money as possible for St. Jude."
