Frater JD Friedland Joins the TKE Foundation Board of Directors

The TKE Foundation is pleased to announce the addition of Frater Jon David "JD" Friedland to its Board of Directors.

Frater Friedland is an initiate of the Beta-Sigma chapter at the University of Southern California. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in business administration, JD received his Master's of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

With over 25 years of experience providing strategic guidance to companies and investors in the healthcare sector, his knowledge and leadership will advance the Foundation's mission to support programs and services that build "Better Men for a Better World."

In 2018, Frater Friedland joined Wombat Capital as a Managing Director in the Healthcare Group. He has previously served as the Founder and Senior Managing Director of Match Point Partners, Special Operating Partner at Pulse Equity Partners, and Vice President of Corporate and Business Development at Henry Schein, a global distributor of products and services for the medical, dental and animal health industries. JD has also held senior positions at Rothschild, Lazard Fréres, Wasserstein Perella, and Cowen & Company.

In addition to previously volunteering as a Board of Advisors member and Alumni Association President for his chapter, Frater Friedland is President of the Brotherhood of Community Synagogue of Port Washington, NY. He serves on the Board of Trustees, the Finance Committee and as Co-Chairman of the Finance Task Force. JD is also a Board Member of Range Patagonian Jerky Company.

JD's term on the Foundation Board will begin in June 2021.
