TKE Celebrates Two-Year Partnership With "It's On Us"
Tau Kappa Epsilon International Fraternity is proud to celebrate our two-year partnership with the White House’s “It’s On Us” campaign. “It’s On Us” is a national effort to prevent sexual assault on college and university campuses throughout the nation.
The campaign invites college students to take the pledge to end sexual assault. Also, the initiative provides resources for organizations and campuses to use to promote sexual assault awareness.
“Tau Kappa Epsilon is proud of our partnership with “It’s on Us.” The mission of this movement aligns seamlessly with the values of Tau Kappa Epsilon and our beliefs that everyone should be treated with love, charity, and esteem. We must all continue to play a role in ending sexual assault and we are encouraged by the conversations that this organization has created,” Donald E. Aldrich, Chief Executive Officer of Tau Kappa Epsilon said.
Since the beginning of their campaign in September 2014, over 275,000 individuals have taken the It's On Us pledge. Also, 483 schools across 48 states have hosted more than 1,000 "It's On Us" events.
The Offices of the Grand Chapter have recently released the third version of eCompliance, a required Risk Management curriculum for all active and new members of the Fraternity. The curriculum covers a variety of topics including sexual assault prevention.
