COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – The 38th Annual Charles R. Walgreen, Jr. TKE Leadership Academy proudly graduated 69 Fraters from across the United States and Canada. Continuing a rich tradition, TKE cultivates the best and brightest leaders -equipping them with practical life skills and experiences in a focused, immersive environment.

Drawing on the leadership styles of our National Founders as timeless examples, participants are inspired to challenge the status quo and share a vision for the Fraternity’s future vitality. Through a purposeful mix of workshops, small group discussions, outdoor challenges, and keynote sessions, each attendee is pushed to explore new limits – mentally, morally, and socially. The Academy’s curriculum delves deeply into Scholarship, Character, Leadership, Teamwork, Service, and Brotherhood. By thinking critically and stepping forward as leaders, each graduate leaves more focused, dedicated, and with a renewed understanding of the true meaning of Fraternity.
