Housing can be an important part of the fraternity experience. Unfortunately, housing sometimes does not meet our and potential recruits’ expectations. Good housing can serve as a tool for recruitment, retention and lead to a more complete fraternity experience. To encourage maintenance of our existing chapter houses and those chapters who would like to explore potential housing options we would like to introduce the “Before and After Showdown.”
