INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Brian T. Ferber, CAE, has been recruited to serve as Director of Operations for a division of Citrix Systems, Inc., a major information technology corporation headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Having served on the Tau Kappa Epsilon professional staff since 2000, Ferber has been TKE’s Vice President and General Manager since 2003 and previously served as Director of Operations and Director of Interactive Services.

Mayeux, TKE’s Chief Executive Officer. “From modernizing our internal infrastructure, to developing the most state-of-the-art member registration system in the Greek world, to helping the Fraternity execute a number of highly successful programs, Brian Ferber has provided invaluable leadership to move TKE into the 21st Century. A graduate of the University of Florida, Ferber has been deeply involved in information technology since the early 1990s. In 1992, he founded a company which later became Topher Bay Technologies, and has provided regular web services and technology consulting for clients such as the State of Florida and the Outback Bowl.
An eleven year association professional, Ferber worked for four years with the Boy Scouts of America before joining the TKE professional staff. He is a Certified Association Executive and serves on the board of directors of the Indiana Society of Association Executives. In TKE, Ferber received the Grand Prytanis Award in 2005 and was named International Top Teke in 1993. He served his chapter as Prytanis, Epiprytanis, Grammateus, and on the Board of Advisors.
