Technology & Communications Consultant

Responsibilities

As the Technology & Communications Consultant, I am responsible for assisting with communications, marketing, technology, and database systems of the Fraternity and the TKE Foundation. I work with our various software providers and technology partners to keep TKE on the cutting edge of technology in the Greek world. I also am responsible for custom software development to enhance our systems as well as oversee the day to day technology operations of the organization. I also serve as the Editor of THE TEKE quarterly magazine and The Teke Guide.

About Me

I am a 2007 graduate of IUPUI with a Bachelors of Science in Media Arts and Science from Indiana University. I was initiated in March 2005 as a charter member of Upsilon-Iota. As an undergraduate, I served as the Recruitment Chairman, Crysophylos, and Prytanis. During my time as a collegiate member, I was awarded the Upsilon-Iota Top Teke award in 2006 and 2007. Prior to joining the TKE Professional Staff, I worked as a software developer on Indianapolis’s southeast side. In 2007, I co-founded a website marketing and IT consulting company. This company specialized in internet marketing, server networking, and website hosting & design for small to medium sized businesses. While serving as a volunteer, I attended the William V. Muse Alumni Volunteer Academy (2008, 2010). I served as the Grand Province Advisor for the Hoosier Province from 2008 until November 2012 prior to joining the professional staff. I was awarded the May 2010 Volunteer of the Month and received the Grand Prytanis Key Leader Award in February 2011

What I Like To Do in My Free Time

I currently reside in Brownsburg, IN, with my son Riley. I recently completed my tenure on the Board of Directors for the Fraternity Communications Association and served as the association’s President for two years.
