Apply for Regional Leadership Conferences

The TKE Education Team is seeking volunteers for the 2025 Regional Leadership Conferences.

Submit your application below for your name to be considered for the RLC volunteer team. One to three volunteers will be selected per site, depending on staffing and volunteer needs.

What do we expect?

• Arrive no later than noon on Friday of the event and depart early Sunday morning.
• Actively participate in all training activities, including conference calls and on-site training.
• If chosen, you’ll support the program through various capacities like registration, TKE Store, room setup and teardown, meals, transitions, and other production responsibilities.

Who are we looking for? Someone who will:

• Put the participants first. The RLCs are for the Fraters in attendance, and efforts should primarily focus on their growth.
• Be present. We understand everyone has responsibilities at home, and emergencies do arise. We fully expect our team to be present both physically and mentally to ensure the best experience for participants.
• Be willing to assist the team in any way required, including logistical tasks.
• Serve as role models through words and actions. We expect each team member to help create an environment that’s inclusive of all Fraters looking to develop their abilities.
• Honor your bond.

What will TKE provide?

For Selected Volunteers:

• Complimentary registration, including meals
• TKE Store Discount, Workbook, and Giveaway
• Complimentary double-room accommodations
  • Friday and Saturday night of the conference
  • Single room upgrade available for $200 out-of-pocket cost

What do you provide?

• Travel costs to and from the RLC
• Cost of your meals 

Applications are due by Friday, December 6th, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific. Applications will be reviewed by the RLC planning team, and you will be notified of your status by December 15th.
