2023-24 New Staff, Promotions, & Structure Changes

INDIANAPOLIS - Chief Executive Officer Donald E. Aldrich announces new staff, promotions, & structure changes for the 2023-2024 TKE Professional Staff.

Today we welcome the newest member to the TKE Professional Staff, Barry Altland (Xi-Iota, Central Florida) as Region 4 (West) Director. Barry brings a depth of experiences from his professional life. His roles include theme restaurant hospitality leadership, a learning and organization development practitioner serving a broad variety of industries, and strategic and executive leadership roles in several mission-driven non-profit organizations.

Speaking on the hiring, Frater Aldrich shared, "The addition of Frater Altland enhances our team through his wealth of experiences and passion to grow people to their potential. We are confident he will aid in our efforts to advance the mission of TKE."

Frater Altland is looking forward to serving and supporting the men of Region 4 (West). "If I can impart only a portion of the wisdom and forethought others have shared with me along my journey, a journey in many ways launched by my time as an undergraduate at UCF in the 1980's, we will together have done something good. I look forward to helping shape better men for a better world, just as TKE has done for me."

There are additional upgrades to the structure and roles of the TKE Professional Staff Fraternal Services team. In Region 1 (Northeast), the team consists of Frater Pete Dawson (Xi-Gamma, NYIT) continuing as Region & Alumni Director. Frater Santos Lara (Alpha-Nu, New Hampshire) will move from Region 4 to serve as Co-Regional Director in the Northeast. In Region 2 (South), Frater Clayton Miller (Rho-Upsilon, Franklin) has been promoted to Regional Director with Frater Hunter Needham (Zeta-Pi, Culver-Stockton) serving as Associate Regional Director. Region 3 (Midwest) continues to be led by Frater Drew Frizzell (Delta-Lambda, Central Missouri) and the aforementioned Frater Altland will be Region 4 Director. Frater Zachary Scott (Epsilon-Beta, Tampa) is the Director of Growth.

Frater Aldrich shared, "I am thrilled about the team we have assembled to serve TKE in the 2023-24 year. We have many Key Result Areas to achieve as a Fraternity and it starts with the Alumni Volunteer Academy that was just completed, and the announcement of our team today. Our professional staff family is driven to see TKE dynamically grow and positively change the lives of thousands across North America."
