2022 Regional Leadership Conferences - Registration Open

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Registration is now open for the 2022 Regional Leadership Conferences. This is your opportunity to gain skills necessary to succeed on campus, in your chapter or colony and your chosen field. From business majors to fine art students and engineers to construction management, you will find value in developing your abilities as a Frater. Concerned about the cost of this one-of-a-kind experience? Check out the tips below to maximize the available discounts or receive funding from your school to offset the cost.

The Quad room type is registration for four individuals sharing a double/double room (two doubles or queen beds, based on the hotel). If you register two at the Quad rate, you will be paired with two other Tekes from another chapter.

HOW TO GET FUNDING ASSISTANCE FOR A REGIONAL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE

Special Savings: Take advantage of your best opportunity to make the biggest impact on your chapter/colony at the Regional Leadership Conference. When you register 12 or more, save $30 per person. When you register 8 or 10, save $20 per person. When you register 4 or 6, save $10 per person.

Early Bird Discounted Rate: Plan ahead and take advantage of this special rate. Registering before December 10th will save with the Early Bird Rate. December will be here before you know it, so start saving and plan to register in the next few weeks. See the price schedule above for the full discounts.

School Funding: Many colleges and universities set aside money in their student activities budget to support students in campus organizations who attend educational conferences. Don’t wait until December to look into this possibility. Get the University Funding Fact Sheet Here.

Special Projects Fund: Your Special Projects Fund is money kept by the TKE Foundation to support your chapter’s educational initiatives. Included in those initiatives are registration costs to TKE conferences, such as the Regional Leadership Conference. If you have alumni looking to donate and support their home chapter, utilize Special Projects as an outlet for tax-deductible donations to be made. Have alumni or parents donate at TKE.org/donate.

Chapter Credits: You may have noticed a ‘credits available’ line in your financial summary on the TKE Chapter Module. Chapter Credits can be added to your statement for various reasons and, once added, can be applied to outstanding invoices, including Regional Leadership Conference registrations.

Family Support: With Regional Leadership Conferences taking place just a month or two after Christmas, don’t forget to ask your family and friends to help you attend an event that will make you not only a better Frater but a better man.

Volunteer Rate: Any volunteer who registers at the double rate will receive a discounted registration price of $214 and be randomly paired with another TKE volunteer. In order to take advantage, you must be listed as an official volunteer in some capacity in the TKE Chapter Module.
