TKE Professional Staff — Staffing Updates 2020-2021

TKE Professional Staff — Staffing Updates 2020-2021

INDIANAPOLIS - Chief Executive Officer Donald E. Aldrich has announced the TKE Professional Staff structure changes for the 2020-2021 fiscal year.

Today, the Offices of the Grand Chapter would like to highlight three Professional Staff members who will be moving on in their professional or academic journeys. These men have contributed significantly to the success of TKE Nation in recent years and, while they will be greatly missed here at the Offices of the Grand Chapter, we wish them the best as they take this next step.

Frater Nick Kimble (Epsilon-Kappa, Loyola Chicago) has served TKE for three years with tremendous dedication to advancing our organization's growth. Frater Kimble joined the Professional Staff in 2017 as the Expansion Coordinator and leaves us now as the Director of Expansion. During his time on staff, Nick has revolutionized our expansion efforts. The work he has accomplished in his short time with the Professional Staff will be felt for decades to come as the Fraternity continues to grow, building on the framework he developed.

Fraters Ethan Wells (Omicron-Sigma, Indiana-Southeast) and Shane McClure (Upsilon-Delta, Saginaw Valley State) joined the Professional Staff in 2018, serving as the Associate Regional Director of Region 2 (South) and Region 1 (Northeast) respectively. During this time, they have been responsible for the growth and success of the chapters and colonies of their regions—dedicating many of their waking hours to advancing the values of Tau Kappa Epsilon. Whether traveling for chapter visitations to ensure they have full support for recruitment, education, finances, officer transitions, philanthropy, education and training or by being always available for questions and support, their efforts have shaped a generation of Tekes.

We wish these men well as they move on to new careers and graduate school.

Beginning June 1, the following Fraternal Services Team structure will take effect:

  • Region 1 (Northeast) - Pete Dawson
  • Region 2 (South) - Todd Farmer
  • Region 3 (Midwest) - Collin Merkel and Kevin Warnke
  • Region 4 (West) - Santos Lara

In Region 1, Frater Pete Dawson will continue to provide support and guidance to the Northeast as Regional and Alumni Director. Similarly, Fraters Collin Merkel and Kevin Warnke will continue their great work as Associate Regional Directors for Region 3 in the Midwest.

Frater Todd Farmer will be bringing his years of experience to Region 2, where he will begin supporting the southern region as Senior Regional and Alumni Director. Along with this change, Frater Santos Lara will be transitioning from the southern region to Region 4, where he will continue to serve as Regional Director.
