St. Jude Fundraising Reminder

 

 

As your group continues to raise money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, there are a few things to know regarding the reporting process.

1. Any money donated must either be logged through stjude.org/tke or via check sent directly to the Offices of the Grand Chapter. Any money that you donate to another group raising money for St. Jude (Tri-Delta, Up ‘Til Dawn, etc.) may not be credited to your chapter if it is reported to St. Jude as one lump sum. For that purpose, you are strongly encouraged to hold your own fundraising events and raise money through your personalized St. Jude fundraising page.

2. All contributions made to St. Jude are reported back to the Offices of the Grand Chapter, and we, in turn, credit those funds to your chapter module report. Our reporting is contingent on monthly reporting done by St. Jude, so don’t panic if you don’t see a donation posted immediately to the Membership Maintenance Module.

3. Remember that any checks written to St. Jude should be mailed first to the Offices of the Grand Chapter. This ensures that the money is credited properly to your group when it is transferred to St. Jude.
