This isn’t rocket science – if you never ask the question, apply for the job you want, or request help you are almost always guaranteed NOT to get it. In a world of shrinking budgets and opportunity, it is imperative you exhaust all avenues to get what you want. Scholarships are no different. Whether it is for books, attendance at a conference or even a good chunk of your semester’s tuition, money is money. The TKE Educational Foundation has raised funds for you to utilize. The deadline to apply for these is March 1 – so don’t delay!

TEF Named Scholarships

More than 30 scholarships with various criteria exist for you to apply and potentially receive. Included are the TKE All-Academic Team and International Exchange, as well as many others. Learn more by checking out the scholarships page.

Chapter Based Scholarships

Many chapters have scholarships available through the TKE Educational Foundation. These scholarships have been cultivated by individuals to directly benefit collegiate members of TKE. Find out if your chapter has funds available for distribution.

Special Projects Funds

Each chapter has a special projects fund set up to use for educational purposes. These include improving chapter house libraries or study areas, help attending a TKE Conference (RLCs, Conclave, etc.) or another leadership conference (Futures Quest, UIFI, etc.). Individual members, Life Loyal Tekes and even chapters can donate to these. Learn more by emailing the TEF.

TKE International Sweetheart

Similar to Chapter Sweethearts, only one woman can be the TKE International Sweetheart. This individual will be an integral part of the Fraternity perpetuate the ideals of our organization everywhere she goes. The scholarship provides funds for her college career and to visit at conferences such as Regional Leadership Conferences and Conclave. This year’s designee will be crowned at the 2011 Conclave in San Antonio, Texas. Nominate your chapter sweetheart today.
