Brandon M. Rick, (Life Loyal Teke; TKE Foundation Ambassador), was initiated into the Beta Chapter at Millikin University in November 2001. During his undergraduate years, he served in multiple leadership capacities, including Rush Chairman, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Millikin University in 2004.
For more than a decade, Brandon has demonstrated a deep commitment to Tau Kappa Epsilon through a broad range of volunteer leadership roles at the chapter, regional, and international levels. Since 2013, he has served as Chapter Advisor, Treasurer and Chairman of the Beta Chapter Board of Advisors, Chairman of the Beta Holding Corporation, and a leader in revitalizing the Beta TKE Alumni Association. Regionally, he served as both Province Advisor and Grand Province Advisor for Illinois’ Founders Province, providing strategic guidance and operational support to chapters across the region. His leadership has included facilitating province forums, Regional Leadership Conferences, Charles R. Walgreen Jr. TKE Leadership Academies, and Conclave educational programs. Since 2022, he has served on the TKE Finance Committee, contributing to the Fraternity’s fiscal stewardship and long-term sustainability. His dedication has been recognized through selection as a TKE Key Leader (2019), recipient of the Order of the North (2022), and TKE Volunteer of the Year (2024).
Professionally, Brandon serves as Fleet Asset Manager for ADM Trucking, the private fleet of Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM), where he oversees more than 2,000 transportation assets and leads fleet optimization, maintenance strategy, capital planning, financial performance reviews, and sustainability initiatives. Over his 13-year career with ADM, he has held leadership positions across accounting, finance, global continuous improvement, and strategic transformation, delivering enterprise-wide efficiencies, strengthening financial performance, and leading large-scale operational change.
Beyond TKE, Brandon serves as Co-Chair of the Millikin University Central Illinois Alumni Group and actively supports the strategic partnership between ADM and Millikin University. He resides in Illinois with his wife and two children and enjoys coaching youth sports while supporting their athletic pursuits.
