Frater Lengacher has been a member of the TKE Foundation Board of Directors since 2022. Mike serves as Chairman of the Finance Committee and as a member of the Investment Committee. Mike was a member of the Foundation Business Council prior to joining the Board of Directors. Frater Lengacher is a member of the President’s Circle for lifetime gifts to the TKE Foundation. Additionally, he is a member of the Heritage Society of the Foundation.

Mike has served Beta Chapter (Millikin University) as a Chapter Advisor and as Chairman of the Board of Advisors. He currently serves Beta Chapter as the Chairman of Beta Holding Corporation, owner of the Beta Chapter House.

Mike has spent his entire professional career as a CPA working in the public accounting arena. He was a member of the AICPA and the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants. In 2025, Mike retired from the company he owned.

Mike has one son, Brent. He is an avid sports fan and lifetime supporter of the St. Louis Cardinals. He resides in Edwardsville, Illinois.
