Bill Hagen has been married to his wife, Kristina, for nearly 28 years. Together they have a daughter, Lauren, who will graduate from San Diego State University in 2026. Lauren is a member of Delta Gamma Sorority and served as President of the SDSU Panhellenic Council.

Bill was initiated to Tau Kappa Epsilon in 1990 at Northern Arizona University. He currently serves as Treasurer for the TKE Epsilon-Rho Alumni Association and is a Member of the Epsilon-Rho Board of Directors. He will be attending his 5th Conclave in August 2026!

Bill and Kristina are co-owners of Out The Window Advertising, a specialized agency focused on automotive advertising. With three decades of experience in the industry, they have built a reputation for helping automotive brands effectively reach their audiences.

Outside of work, Bill enjoys spending time with his two Yellow Labs, his classic cars, and playing guitar in a rock band.
