Our Expansion Process
Building Strong Foundations for Future Brotherhood
Each TKE chapter is a unique reflection of its campus. With each expansion, we work closely with campus administrators, faculty, student organization leaders, and Greek community advisors to build a strong foundation for success. TKE recruits through building relationships: We look for men who prioritize academics, get involved on campus and in the community, value teamwork and respect, and want to complement their classroom education with real-world leadership experiences.
After an emerging chapter is established, we continue to provide support and resources, helping each chapter thrive. Through ongoing communication with alumni, volunteers, and our Area Servicing Team, we ensure that each of our chapters has the tools and guidance it needs for long-term success.
