David Cerbone

David Cerbone (Life Loyal Teke) began his Tau Kappa Epsilon journey at the Xi-Iota chapter at the University of Central Florida where he was initiated in 1997. Throughout his undergraduate career, he served as Epiprytanis, Crysophylos, Histor, and Pylortes among other roles. He has remained an active supporter of his home chapter. In 2026, he joined the TKE Foundation Board of Directors. 

Frater Cerbone was born and raised on Long Island, New York. He attended the University of Central Florida where he earned degrees in Psychology and Engineering, specializing in Human Factors and Efficiency.  

After graduating he returned to New York where he joined his family’s Workers’ Compensation firm. Soon after he expanded the business to include industrial efficiency consultation and redesign of industrial equipment. He continues to own and operate the business with his brother Michael. 

Frater Cerbone met his wife, Kristin, during her medical residency at Stony Brook University. They got married in 2014 and currently live with their dog on the south shore of Long Island where Kristin is the Medical Director of her OB/GYN office.
