James E. Crockard III is an 1988 initiate of the Zeta-Epsilon Chapter at Waynesburg University. 

He graduated from West Virginia University College of Law in 1994. He has co-founded a number of successful Oil and Gas Development Companies. He is the Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre. He is a recipient of the Order of the Golden Eagle in 2024 and the Grand Prytanis Award in 2026. 

Frater Crockard was elected onto the TKE Foundation Board of Directors in 2011, and served as Chairman from 2020 to 2024. He was instrumental in assisting to align the TKE Foundation and the Fraternity. 

He served as an Assistant to the Grand Prytanis from 2024-26. His generosity knows no bounds; TKE Website Upgrade, Matching Funds for the Day of Giving, Conclave Golf Tournament Sponsorship, TKE International Sweetheart Enhanced Scholarship.
