Frater Receives Highest Honor in Communications

Tau Kappa Epsilon received two major awards at the 2010 Fraternity Communications Association Annual Conference held in New Orleans last week. The first and most important of these was the Evin C. Varner, Jr. Award given to Frater Mike Moxley (Beta-Beta, North Carolina State Univ.).
