Responsibilities
As Director of Growth, I am responsible for the recruitment and retention success of groups across TKE Nation. It is my job to work hand-in-hand with groups to understand how recruitment works, why planning is important, and how to build relationships. We are able to determine which groups present the strongest opportunity for growth by looking at university and organizational trends from previous years, recruitment and initiate results from previous years, and other Key Result Areas (KRAs).
I’m on the road the majority of the year making visitations to ensure our groups coincide with TKE’s mission of aiding men in their mental, moral, and social development for life.
About Me
I was born in Pensacola, FL and raised in the Tampa Bay Area. I attended The University of Tampa where I was a re-chartering member of the Epsilon-Beta Chapter of TKE. As a collegiate member I served as the Recruitment Chairman, Hegemon, and Grammateus.
I have previously worked for the Offices of the Grand Chapter from 2016-2021 where I fulfilled the roles of Associate Regional Director, Sr. Associate Regional Director, and Director of Growth. In 2021 I left Indianapolis and pursued a career with McKinsey & Company as a Campus Recruiter helping to connect university graduates with their first career opportunities.
I am excited to be back with our team to aid our groups in building lasting relationships during their years as members of the Fraternity.
What I Like To Do in My Free Time
In my free time I enjoy walking around the Tampa Bay Area, working out at the gym, hanging out with friends/family, and watching/attending sporting events for the local teams.
If you are looking for me on your next trip to Tampa then keep your eyes open at any Cuban sandwich shops, local coffee shops, the beautiful beaches, or any of the championship caliber sporting events in the Bay Area (Go Bucs, Bolts, and Rays!).
