Frater Rees Linville Departs for SmithBucklin

TKE prides itself on creating “Better Men for a Better World.” This extends into the employees brought onto our Professional Staff. Frater Rees Linville will transition from the TKE Professional Staff on May 11, 2017. Frater Rees has accepted a position at SmithBucklin, the world’s largest association management company, in Chicago. At SmithBucklin, Frater Rees will serve as an Education and Learning Senior Associate.

Frater Rees spoke about TKE and his upcoming departure, “The culture and atmosphere at TKE is that of pride, and integrity. Something truly special is happening here. It is not just quotes on a wall, slogans in the halls, or banners of our successes, it is the people. I have been able to create lifelong friendships and the feeling of a family atmosphere and support system. I would have never met these people otherwise. TKE has made an impact on me far beyond that of it just being my employer.”

Chief Executive Officer, Donald E. Aldrich, commented on Frater Linville’s departure, “I am extremely grateful to Rees and proud of what he has accomplished at TKE and his new opportunity in Chicago. He has produced a large increase in our volunteer leaders throughout his territory, while growing and maturing as an employee and a man. Frater Rees along with two additional staffers this year, have transitioned off our team into new opportunities with five-figure raises in salary and management opportunities. I am extremely proud of the people we are producing and fulfilling our charge to serve our members and build better employees in a family atmosphere. We must continue to recruit and cultivate young leaders like Rees who can serve our organization while growing their skills for larger opportunities in the future.”
