The Next Generation of TKE Professionals Hired

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Tau Kappa Epsilon announces the hiring of several new members to the TKE professional staff. This talented group of men will work to contribute the success of our past, while shaping the organization to be ready for the future.

"The addition of our new staff members, coupled by the experience and professionalism of our senior team members, makes TKE a leader in great places to work in Indianapolis", says TKE Chief Executive Officer, Shawn A. Babine. Starting in 2012, TKE has designed an organizational model that optimizes resources more efficiently, and aligns staff more effectively with the support of regional, provincial, and chapter needs. "I am highly confident that our team of experienced men and women will guide our Fraternity to new levels. This is my dream team! I have the very best." says Shawn.
 

REGIONAL STAFF

Returning for his fourth consecutive year as the Regional Director of Region 1 (Northeast) is Frater Pete Dawson (Xi-Gamma, New York Institute of Technology). Prior to joining the team Frater Dawson was a successful Grand Province Advisor for Metro-New York in Region 1. Pete's collegiate experience included terms as Hypophetes and Prytanis. He is joined by our 2012 Top TKE recruiter and Beta-Xi Past Prytanis Gabe Espinosa (Beta-Xi), as the Region 1 Associate Regional Director.
 
In Region 2 (South), Associate Regional Director, David Adkins (Omicron-Tau, Columbus State University) has been promoted and will lead the south as its Regional Director. David is a former recruitment chairman, Epiprytanis, and Charles R. Walgreen Jr. TKE Leadership Academy (TKELA) graduate. Frater Gregory Halloran (Sigma-Gamma, State University of New York at Plattsburgh) will join the Southern Team as Associate Regional Director and is a 2011 TKELA graduate and past Prytanis for his chapter.
 
Region 3 (Mid-West) welcomes the experience of former Southern Regional Director Nate Lehman (Theta-Iota, Northern Michigan University). Nate is serving his 6th year on staff and is a former Staff Sergeant of the U.S Army. The former Charles R. Walgreen Leadership award recipient will be joined by returning Associate Regional Director Tony Lawrence (Pi-Epsilon, Christian Brothers University). Tony has served as his chapter Histor and Hypophetes.
 
The Central and Western states in Region 4 will be managed by Regional Director H. Joe Puentes (Mu-Omega, George Mason University). Frater Puentes is a 2008 TKELA graduate, a TKELA Small Group Facilitator, and is a graduate of the London School of Economics. Returning to Region IV is Associate Regional Director Travis Skodack (Nu-Eta, Boise State University). Travis served as Epiprytanis and Prytanis of his chapter, and was a contributor to Nu-Eta's charter recognition process.
 

OFFICE OF THE GRAND CHAPTER BASED STAFF

Chief Executive Officer, Shawn A. Babine also announced the realignment of key members of his management team.

Frater Todd Farmer (Xi-Theta, University of West Georgia) has served the Fraternity for 20 years in many capacities. "The Fraternity has been fortunate to have the commitment and energy of a great Southern Teke man in Todd Farmer. When called upon to serve our Fraternity as Regional Director and Director of Alumni & Volunteer Services Todd was there for us", says CEO Babine.

Frater Todd will assume new responsibilities as the fraternity's Director of Member Services, reporting to Chief Operating Officer John Deckard, and will be responsible for managing our regional staff members.
 
Frater Donnie Aldrich (Rho-Upsilon, Franklin College) is the Director of Programs & Events. Donnie is a 6 year member of the staff whose work product focuses on values based educational programming and curriculum for our TKE nation. His team will continue to include Curriculum Specialist & Grant Writer, Gregory Roskopf (Zeta-Zeta, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee). Greg has been on for 7 years and has served previously as an Associate Regional Director, Regional Director, and as the Director of Alumni & Volunteer Services in 2011. Frater Aldrich's team will expand with the addition of Lance J. Boehmer (Rho-Theta, Lake Superior State University) who assumes the role of Programs & Events Coordinator. The OGC welcomes back Frater Alex Swenson (Rho-Upsilon, Franklin College) as our Alumni & Volunteer Coordinator. Frater Alex previously served on staff as a 2011 Conclave Intern. Frater Swenson is the Past Prytanis of his chapter.
 
We welcome two new faces to the OGC technology and marketing staff. They are the Technology Specialist Frater Jeremiah Smith (Grand Chapter) and Frater Kyle Erdman (Alpha-Gamma, Washington State University) who will work in our Indianapolis Indiana office. Frater Jeremiah is a graduate of ITT Technical Institute and Kentucky native who will work with Frater Alex Baker's IT team. And Frater Kyle Erdman joins Frater John Deckard's team as our Communications Specialist. Frater Erdman is a TKELA graduate, past Prytanis, and former WSU Student Body President.
